TikTok user @ajvaughan discovered online that there's a really easy and fast way to clean the stains from your sofa.
All you need is a dishwasher tablet, your kitchen towel or any piece of cloth, and the lid of either your frying pan or pot.
First, break the dishwasher tablet in a bucket or a bowl and dissolve it in hot water. Next, soak the kitchen towel and twist and get the excess water out. Lastly, wrap the cloth around a lid and run it over the sofa.
It seems to quickly clean the sofa, immediately leaving it stainless.
One pet owner was amazed by this hack and said she'll continue doing this to remove her dog's smell from her sofa.
"I just did it and this will definitely be a ritual now for dog smells"
Some people were surprised at how dirty her sofa was, but one mum had to reply on behalf of her.
She wrote: "People asking how it got so dirty.. maybe she has children who spill things?"
