These Scones are a real crowd pleaser and are so simple to make! Perfect for afternoon tea with your friends.

Cook time: 10-12 minutes
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- Pinch Salt and ground black pepper
- 200 gm Tasty cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Spring onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Milk
Preheat oven 220C.
In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Mix in grated cheese, spring onion and parsley.
Use a knife and cut liquid into dry ingredients. Turn mixture onto a lightly floured board and gently knead.
Flatten out to form a rectangle about 2cm deep and cut into 8 scones.
Place scones on a baking tray and bake for about 10-12 mins or until golden.
