All Tickets are mobile tickets only, just show your barcode from your mobile phone. 

If you still haven’t got your tickets you can still grab yours now from One World Entertainment. 

VENUE INFO

TRANSPORT:

Mahuhu Crescent is subject to road closure before, during, and after most Spark Arena events.
Spark Arena is within easy walking distance from all major transport hubs.

Taxi pickup point is located on Mahuhu Crescent, between Beach Road and Tapora Street (West Side).

Passenger drop off and pick up is located on Quay Street adjacent to the Spark Arena Access Ramp.

ACCESSIBILITY:

Wheelchair seating must be specified when booking your tickets. 

There are lifts located in the Grand Atrium to the North Side. 

Guide Dogs are welcome in Spark Arena.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

Food and Beverages must be purchased from one of Spark Arena’s outlets.
Remember to drink responsibly. People who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be removed from the venue.

TICKETS

The Box Office is located at the entrance and will open 60 minutes prior to the gates opening and until the headline artist commences.

General Admission tickets will receive access to the event area while tickets in the A, B or C reserve will have allocated seating.

No pass-outs.

The official ticketing agency is NZtix.

WEATHER POLICY 

This event is an outdoor, open-air concert that will proceed in rain, hail or shine. 

The event will only be cancelled if the venue is deemed too dangerous to continue, in which case ticketholders will be advised through email and social media.

PARKING:

Limited street parking is available surrounding the venue.

ACCESSIBILITY:

There are limited accessible parking spots available in Armagh Street. It is recommended to get in early to secure a spot. 

There is a dedicated viewing area provided inside the venue available for people with accessibility needs and their immediate carer. 

This is an outdoor venue with uneven surfaces. If you require any assistance during the event, reach out to staff or security.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

There will be a large range of food available within the venue as well as a public bar. 

Free drinking water and refill station is available from water fountains inside the venue. 

Hampers are also available for purchase from Crisp & Vale.

  • Rain poncho, hats, sunscreen. 
  • Non-professional camera. 
  • Picnic blanket. 
  • 1x sealed plastic bottle of water, still/sparkling (non-carbonated), not exceeding 750ml.

  • It is advised to bring a wide-brimmed hat and sunscreen to the event.
