Eating dinner at a table 50 metres above ground is not something you experience every day but we got to try it out thanks to Dinner in the Sky!
Robert & Jeanette along with a bunch of Breeze listeners went up in the air to dine in the sky above The Cloud on Queens Wharf in Auckland city.
The concept was launched in Belgium 11 years ago and currently operates in more than 50 countries worldwide, including Tokyo, London and Paris.
Our celebrity chef for the day was Gareth Stewart from My Kitchen Rules NZ. He cooked and served a delicious three course meal to our table while we floated above Auckland.
Dinner in the Sky founder, Steve Chung joined us in the sky and shared some facts about the previous dinners all across the world.
Steve said they have had people proposing over dinner and sometimes people would even lose their shoes.
If you want to experience Dinner in the Sky while it's in Auckland there are still tickets available here.
