Ali makes Beetroot and Nigella soup

Perfect for these cold winter days, Ali makes Beetroot and Nigella soup...

Ingredients:

  • 300gms cooked Beetroot, peeled and chopped 
  • 1 tin of cooked Lentils
  • 1 Apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp of Nigella Seeds (Onion Seeds) 
  • 400mls of Vegetable Stock,or Chicken (if you prefer)

How to make:

Put the ingredients in the blender with some salt and pepper ​and blitz till smooth
Heat and sprinkle with some of the Nigella Seeds if you fancy.

Pretty and pink!
