Ali created these yum treats yesterday and you have to try it for yourself.
"Caramilk was on special in the supermarket, so I couldn't help myself. I think what makes this so delish is the condensed milk and the chocolate together"
- Ali Leonard
Ingredients:
- 180g Caramilk chocolate - chopped (or any white chocolate)
- 395g condensed milk tin
- 125g butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1¼ cups plain four
- ½ tsp baking powder
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160C.
- Grease and line a 27x17cm slice tin.
- In a large saucepan, put the condensed milk, butter, sugar, and half of the Caramilk. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool.
- Whisk the eggs into the cooled mixture, then fold through the flour and baking powder. Fold through the rest of the chocolate. Then pour it all into the prepared tin,
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until just set - it should still be a little gooey in the center. Allow it to cool (slightly).
- Optional - Melt some caramilk chocolate and drizzle over the brownies!
