"This stuff is sooo addictive. It’s egg-free and totally safe to eat!" the recipe maker wrote on her Instagram account.
"Perfect to use in ice cream, cheesecakes, and other no-bake desserts 🙌 and it literally takes about 10 minutes to make!"
- 115g Unsalted Butter, softened
- 100g Light brown sugar
- 50g Granulated Sugar
- 30ml Milk, any
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 150g Plain Flour, heat treated
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150g Chocolate Chips
"Mix it all together and then microwave on high for 1 min 20s or spread it out on a tray and bake in the oven at 160C for 5 minutes. Allow to cool fully before using,"
