As life gets busier and busier, it seems that more people are 'meal prepping' and cooking food that can span across multiple meals.
But as it turns out, not all food is suitable to be reheated. A food expert has revealed some of the foods that can cause digestive issues if not reheated at a hot temperature.
They suggest keeping these foods in the fridge shortly after cooking to avoid bacteria growth which has the potential to cause harm.
