The Cheating Tart using EasiYo Protein Yogurt

some easy and delicious recipes using EasiYo!

Recipe - The Cheating Tart

1 packet of digestive biscuits 
100 gms butter (melted) 
1 Greggs Tropical flavour Jelly
1/2 cup of EasiYo Protein Yogurt, coconut flavour

  1. Blitz the biscuits to crumbs in a kitchen whizz or put in a bag and beat with a rolling pin till you have biscuit crumbs. 
  2. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter and put the base in your tin . I like to line the tin with baking paper . 
  3. Chill the base till needed 
  4. Make the jelly up with 400 mls of boiling water ( less than the packet says) 

Once the jelly is cool and you can see it starting to set , mix in the yogurt and then pour into your base . Pop it in the fridge to set and serve when ready.
