EasiYo have launched their new protein yogurt range!
This comes in two great new flavours; unsweetened and coconut flavour! They
both have a 5 star health rating, and are high in protein and low in fat!
To celebrate, The Breeze was so excited to get into the kitchen and create
some easy and delicious recipes using EasiYo!

Recipe - Easi Raw Salad with a Yogurt Dressing
This makes a great big bowl . Perfect for the BBQ season or any entertaining.
1 cup of EasiYo Protein Unsweetened Yogurt
Zest of 1 Lime
2 Tbsp of Lime juice
3 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Good pinch of Salt
Mix together and put in the fridge until needed.
1/2 small Red Cabbage trimmed and finely sliced
6 small Brussels Sprouts trimmed and finely sliced
2 Carrots julienned
Fennel Bulb finely sliced
Red capsicum diced
Chopped spring onions
2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp copped Mint
Add these last:
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
4 Tbsp roughly chopped raw almonds
2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
2 Tbsp of Nigella seeds (use Black sesame if you cant find Nigella Seeds)
You can add other vegetables that you like.
Put your prepped salad ingredients in a bowl and add the dressing. Give it a good mix and then sprinkle the nuts and seeds over and you are ready to go!
Add a good grind of pepper over the top to taste.
Too easy! I often get asked if I have put cheese in it but its just the flavour from the dressing!
