Ingredients
1 Cup Flour
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Coconut
1/2 tsp Cinamon
1 tsp Baking powder
3/4 Canberries
125g Butter
1 tbsp Golden syrup
2 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp baking soda
Method
Preheat the oven to 180.
Combine the dry ingredients
Melt the golden syrup and butter. Add the water and Baking soda
Combine the dry and wet ingredients
Combine until the mixture comes together.
Pop in the oven and enjoy with a cup of tea!
