Banoffee Roll

The perfect dessert when you're told to bring a plate last minute!

  • Store bought sponge 
  • Whipped cream 
  • Two fresh bananas
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Banana Chips


Start by rolling out the store bought sponge to make it slightly thinner

Spread the caramel sauce over the sponge and then layer it with the whipped cream

Place the fresh banana, chopped, on top

Add some extra caramel sauce.

Roll the sponge together with greaseproof paper

Spread whipped cream on the top

Decorate with banana chops and drizzle some more caramel sauce on top to finish.
