Easy Tuna Rolls

Tasty rolls that are quick, easy, tasty and great if you need to take your food with you to work or on a picnic

Serves: 6


  • 4 Kaiser or Ciabatta rolls

  • 2 x 95g cans Tuna Chunks in Springwater, drained (use diced ham or leftover chicken if you like ) 

  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 1 Celery stick, finely diced

  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Chives

  • 2 Iceberg Lettuce leaves, shredded

  • 1 small Cucumber, peeled into ribbons

  • 1 small Carrot, peeled into ribbons


Combine the Tuna, Mayonnaise, Celery and Chives in a small bowl.

Use a serrated knife to cut the top from each roll. Hollow out the inside of each roll, leaving a 1cm-thick shell.  

Divide the lettuce among roll bases and top evenly with Tuna mixture.

Add salt and Pepper to your liking.

Top with Cucumber, Carrot and Roll tops.
