3-Ingredient Samosas

A fantastic Samosa recipe with only 3 ingredients! These are best served fresh out of the oven, and will certainly win you friends!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cool time: 15 mins at 180C
Serves: 6


  • 4 Medium Potatoes cubed and cooked till tender
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Peas
  • 200gms of Tikka Marsala Sauce from (from a jar is fine) 
  • Ready rolled butter puff pastry 


Heat oven to 180 degrees celcius

In a fry pan add the Potatoes, Peas and Sauce and heat through.

Cool and then cut the Pastry into squares.

Seal the edges by press with a fork and trim to neaten if you desire. 

Bake in the oven for about 15 mins

So easy! 

Serve with some yoghurt with mint
