Three Three easy sauces, perfect for a quick dinner addition or snack!
Prep time: 5 minutes each
Serves: 6 per sauce
Easy BBQ Sauce
- 1 crushed Clove of Garlic
- 1/4 cup of Sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup of Soy sauce
- 2 tsp of Grated ginger
Mix together and it's ready to serve
It's great with any meats or steamed vegetables.
Great to have on hand at the BBQ.
Easy as Satay sauce
- 1/2 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp of Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 3/4 cup Vegtable Stock
- Fresh Coriander
Combine Peanut Butter, Sweet Chilli and Vegetable stock to pan.
Cook while stirring occasionally.
Serve in a bowl with coriander on top.
Serve with anything!
- 1 cup of Cream
- 3/4 cup of Brown sugar
- 3/4 cup of Butter
Put Cream, Brown Sugar and butter in pot.
Bring to the boil.
Simmer and stir.
Pour into a bowl, that easy!
