A great easy recipe for spring. Best eaten straight out of the oven when they're crispy!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves: 6


  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • Chicken strips 


Beat egg, add soy sauce and set aside.

In a seperate bowl, crush cornflakes.

Take your chicken strips, dip them in the egg mix, and then the cornflakes. 

Place them onto a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180C. 

Best served warm so they stay crispy.
