Self-crusting quiche... or is it a pie? If you have no pastry in the house but you still crave a quick and easy quiche, this is your answer!
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 40-45 minutes
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1 diced onion
- 6 bacon rashers (if using)
- 2 cups vegetables of your choice
- Handful of chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a large dish with baking paper.
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes. You know it's ready when the quiche is set and golden.
