Spring-time Lemonade Cordial

Ali's back with another deeeelicious recipe!

Lemon Cordial 

Juice and zest of 3 large lemons

1 cup sugar

3 cups boiling water

2 tsp tartaric acid

2 tsp citric acid

2 tsp Epsom salts

Put zest and strained juice into large bowl or jug. Add sugar and the acids and salts. Add boiling water. Stir till dissolved. Pout into a bottle and store in fridge. You can strain if you don't want the bits of zest in it.

To drink, one part cordial to two parts water.

So refreshing!
