Ingredients
Cake
125gms butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp lemon rind
2 eggs
1 ½ cups SR flour
½ cup milk
Topping
¼ cup caster sugar
¼ cup lemon juice mixed
Method
Cake
Cream butter and sugar add eggs, lemon rind, flour then milk.
Bake at 180c 30-35mins.
Topping
Mix sugar and lemon juice togther and When cooked pour over.
Wait 10 mins before turning out.
