Matchbox Twenty and special guests Goo Goo Dolls are getting ready to shine their bright lights on a sold-out crowd at Christchurch’s Woolbrook Arena as they kick off their New Zealand tour tomorrow night.

The band will play their final NZ show at New Plymouth’s Bowl of Brooklands on Saturday, March 2nd, with Christchurch’s lo-fi indie pop artist Pickle Darling as the special opener for both concerts.

6:00pm - Doors Open

7:30pm - Goo Goo Dolls
9:00pm - Matchbox Twenty

PARKING AND TRANSPORT
Travelling by bus? The Christchurch Orbiter route will drop you just a short few minutes walk to the Stadium.

There are currently no Special Event Services or buses running ahead of or after the show. Planning your way there and back is essential. 

Head here to plan public transport to and from the stadium.

Limited parking may be available to concert-goers attending the event, but public transport is heavily encouraged.

Mobility parking will be available from the entrance on Wrights Road - Vehicles must have a valid and appropriate Mobility Pass visible.

PERMITTED ITEMS
You can take the following items to Apollo Projects Stadium:

  • Bags 30cm x 30cm or under.
  • Homemade food items for personal consumption e.g. Sandwiches
  • Personal compact cameras and phone cameras.

Alcohol, bottles or flasks of any size, offensive signs, whistles and selfie sticks are just some of the list of prohibited items.

FOOD/DRINK
A range of food and drinks are available to buy on-site.

Free water stations will also be available around the Arena to keep you hydrated.
