“I feel like my latest music video is emotionally scarring these children and I don't know how to feel."

Lewis Capaldi has released this totally heart-wrenching music video for his new song ‘Wish You The Best’, and it's making kids cry their little eyes out!

Lewis has been getting a kick out of watching kids react to the video on TikTok. He's been posting his own reaction videos where he looks completely shocked and surprised as he watches these little ones bawl their eyes out.

I mean, who knew a music video could be so emotional, right?

But some young children have been left bawling at the emotionally-charged masterpiece in TikTok videos.

Responding to the clips on his own profile, Lewis gave his reaction to some of the kids that he’s seen sobbing over the video.

“I am now making children cry,” he joked in the caption.

In another video, Lewis explained it’s a mix of emotions watching the devastated children.

“I feel like my latest music video is emotionally scarring these children and I don't know how to feel cause on one hand it's sad but also at least the song is getting out there.”

Lewis has even gone as far as to poke fun at the fact he is making money from his fan’s “trauma”.

Fans have also taken to Twitter to warn others it's a "painful" watch!

One person on Twitter wrote: “Absolutely do NOT wish Lewis Capaldi the best after finally bringing myself to watch the music video because it’s 3 minutes and 37 seconds of PAIN,” adding that they were “sobbing”.

Another said the video had officially broken them.

While a third simply left it simple, with this image of what accurately shows the puddle of tears you will be left with after watching the video.

So, if you’re brave enough to give the music vid a watch, just know you have been warned!! Good luck and don’t forget some tissues.
