From shelves of ghostly gadgets and newspaper clippings,  to proton packs and a stare-down with the seven-foot Vigo painting hanging in the living room, you will find all the essentials at the house.

The property is a two-bedroom, three-story firehouse and is similar to the one from Ghostbusters.

The amenities that the property has according to the official Vacasa page are:

1. Parking

2. Proton Charging

3. Aura Scanning

4. Snacks

5. Ghost activity... unknown

6. Internet

The price to rent out the entire house for a night is really good. The price for a night at the Ghostbuster's firehouse is only NZD $37.50 ( USD $21).

The place will be available to book at 10 am (US time)  on October 21.

They only have three questions for you, and if you said yes to any of these then this is a perfect listing for you.

1. Do you believe in UFOs, astral projections, mental telepathy, ESP, clairvoyance, spirit photography, telekinetic movement, full trance mediums, the Loch Ness monster, and the theory of Atlantis?

2. Do you collect spores, moulds, and fungus?

3. Do you wanna play parcheesi?

And lastly, there's only one house rule and that is:

"Don't. Cross. The streams. It would be bad. It would be a total protonic reversal…"

Of course! Egon would be proud of this house rule.
