70s footage shows ABBA, Olivia Newton-John and Bee Gees performing Beach Boys and Elvis

"I had no idea this existed. It’s so awesome to see musicians of this level just jam."

Footage of ABBA, Olivia Newton-John, and Bee Gee's Andy Gibb jamming together? Yes, it exists!  From Beach Boy's 'Barbara Ann' to Elvis Presley's 'Jailhouse Rock', this clip of the icons belting these hits is incredible.

The '70s footage from the TV Special 'Olivia' was published on YouTube back in 2013 and has delighted fans by resurfacing again 44 years later.

"Well, this is amazing. I had no idea this existed. It’s so awesome to see musicians of this level just jam and muck about" one fan wrote.

"This is great! Have never seen it before.. all these legends jamming and the lucky audience who got to be part of it. RIP Olivia and Andy" another wrote.

As you may have gathered by now, this video is a must-watch, and our very own Robert Scott has shared his favourite moments from their session.

The whole clip is only about 7 minutes long - so you should probably watch the whole thing - but here are the time stamps for Robert's best bits. Click below to be taken to each cover:

At the beginning of the performance, Olivia Newton-John shared how her singing career started. She used to harmonize with the folk singer who performed at her brother-in-law's coffee lounge.

After being asked to perform with him, she gave it a go. Since she was still in school, she'd only go to the lounge on Fridays and Saturdays to do a duo with him.

"Somebody came in and heard me sing along and said why don't you go in for the talent contest on the television, coming up?" Olivia said.

After winning the contest, her singing career kicked off. Olivia recorded a song for the very first time in 1971 and the song was called 'If Not For You'.

Andy from the Bee Gees then asked Anni-Frid Lyngstad from ABBA to sing some opera. She stunningly performs a piece of opera that she had been recently rehearsing.

Andy also reminisced about how his career got started, having always grown up around music.

"My brothers' got this group together they started up" he said.

He then revealed how his sister also sings, but is currently breeding dogs in Australia - fun fact!

"She did once join them for about a year on stage," Andy said.

"Oh, the dogs?" Olivia joked, in the cute interaction between the pair of music legends.

"Yeah," Andy replied. After realising in a split second he says "no", and laughs shyly as the rest of them and the crowd giggle along.

There are plenty more incredible moments to be seen, so we suggest you watch the rest of the video above.
