Hugh Jackman shares emotional video of father and autistic son at Coldplay concert

Get your tissues ready because this will tear you up.

Hugh Jackman shared an extremely touching video of a father and autistic son at the Coldplay concert.

The little boy was moved to tears listening to Coldplay's 'Fix You', and the father sings along to the word very emotionally. Their love for one could be felt by just watching the video.

"The love between a father and son. And the power of music for ALL. #iwillfixyou @coldplay" Hugh Jackman wrote in the caption of his post.

"I recommend following @huillo to see his journey since this concert! And his amazing Dad @luchovu a musician and passionate autism advocate. #autismawareness" he added.

It gets you right in the emotions when the song gets to

"Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you"

and the father embraces his little boy as he tears up.

This video was originally posted in 2016 and had gone viral then. Chris Martin from Coldplay even said on stage in Mexico that this is the best video that they have ever seen.

Six years later, the band and Huillo met in person to share the stage for the first time. Earlier this year in April, when Coldplay was in Mexico for their tour, the band invited Huillo on stage to perform together. He performed his own original called 'Different Is Ok' with Coldplay.

It was an incredible performance by Huillo and the band!

He is an absolute superstar.
