Elton John is coming back to NZ for his tour!
Elton John has kept his promise and will bring his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour” to New Zealand early next year.
The 'Tiny Dancer' singer has also added another show in Christchurch. This final “encore” performance is to thank fans who’ve been waiting patiently waiting for his return.
The Christchurch show will be the first international stadium show to happen in Christchurch in over three years (since pandemic). This will also be Elton’s first show in the city over three decades!

Pre- sale for the Christchurch show starts Thursday 28 July at 1pm for Frontier Members and Rocket Club members.
Elton John embarked on his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour in September 2018 – its milestone, multi-year itinerary comprising over 300 shows across five continents.
"In 2020 I promised that when I came back to finish my interrupted farewell, I’d perform some encore shows. I love your part of the world dearly and cannot wait to share these concerts with you!" he wrote on Instagram.
