The final curtains have closed for one of the most popular show over the years 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'.
P!nk beautifully performed 'What About Us', and it sure felt emotional.
"I wanted to be a singer because I wanted to grow up and change the world, and make it a better place. You've done that, in so many ways" P!nk told Ellen as they reminisced about the old days.
Whereas maybe I help people find their pain, you help people find their joy. And we need that so badly in the world
"You've been so supportive in my career, you basically handed me an Emmy!" she says as she recalls Ellen asking her to perform at her show.
"You remind people that there's a lot going in the world, but joy is always a choice" P!nk told Ellen.
Ellen shared a video on Twitter of her "full circle" moment from the end of her final episode.
In the first half of the video, Ellen from 19 years ago turns on the TV, joins the crowd, and looks excited. In the second half, the present Ellen, with tears in her eyes, looks around at her audience one last time, turns towards the TV, and turns it off.
The door closes, and it's the end of an era!
