Pōhutukawa Cordial Ingredients:

  • Good handful of Pōhutukawa stamen
  • 1L boiled water
  • 10% sugar


  1. Steep stamen overnight in solution
  2. Strain them into a bottle
  3. Consume with bubbles or gin
