From bits of bark, to children's toys, to rocks and people food, dog owners all over New Zealand will be able to relate to the latest study conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Zignature.

The study talked to more than 2000 dog owners to reflect on their pup's nutrional habits (both good and bad) and came to the conclusion that the average dog owner will shout 'what are you eating' at their dog around 50 times a year.

They also found that on average dog owners had to remove something from their dogs mouth about 3 times a month.

They also released a list of the most common items that dogs shouldn't eat but do, according to their research.
