Kiwis urged to get crafty and dress their letterbox in daffodils for Daffodil Day

Must See

For the second year in a row, The Cancer Society's annual Daffodil Day appeal has been impacted by Covid-19.

Daffodil Day is The Cancer Society's largest driver for donations, and just because their amazing volunteers can't be out on the street encouraging donations on street corners or in front of supermarkets, there are still so many ways you can support the Cancer Society's work and raise awareness of cancer in New Zealand from your home.

A great initiative this year is to get crafty in your bubble and create DIY Paper Daffodils or Egg Carton Daffodils (click the links to download the instructions) and dress up your mailbox with them, while also making an online donation to The Cancer Society online.

Not only will your mailbox look gorgeous, but you will also be helping raise awareness for Daffodil Day and helping drive donations to The Cancer Society.
