Turns out being a snorer or knowing a snorer is super common!
According to a new study, 83% of people either snore themselves or live with someone who does and men are more likely to get the blame than women.
The study of 2000 adults by Mute Snoring found 46 per cent feel ‘embarrassed’ by it, with more than one in 10 dreading spending a night with a new partner.
Meanwhile more than a quarter admit to being regularly kicked under the covers by a partner in a effort to silence the snore.
Nearly 30 per cent have had someone complain they could hear them through the walls, and an embarrassed 22 per cent have even had their snoring recorded by a friend or partner.
