Juggling the many balls of life can often have you feeling tired by the end of the day, so its important to make sure you get enough sleep.
But sometimes that can be easier said than done!
A UK based company has created an online sleep calculator to make sure you get the rest you need. You simply enter the time you need to wake up in the morning and it will give you the best times to drift off that won't effect your sleep cycles.
For example, for a 6.30 wake up the best times to sleep are 9:16,10:46 pm, 12:16 am or 1:46 am.
"Most people take about 14 minutes to fall asleep and this is factored into your bedtime by this sleep calculator." the company says on their website.
The company adds that each cycle "lasts roughly 90 minutes and you should pass through five or six of them each night."
"Waking up mid-cycle can leave you feeling grumpy and tired; rising in between phases will help you to start the day with a smile on your face."
