Man earns Golden Buzzer on AGT after powerful spoken word poem on losing a sibling

Must See 02/07/2020

Spoken word artist Brandon Leake has made America's Got Talent history in more than one way.

He took the stage to an audience of just three judges (no crowd because of Covid-19) and revealed he was the first spoken word artist to perform in the show's 15 season history.

Howie Mandel was so moved by Brandon's performance on losing his sister that he pressed his Golden Buzzer!

Brandon also became the first spoken word artist to earn a golden buzzer on the show and the first to get a golden buzzer with no live audience!

Bravo Brandon. You made us weep!
