If you’re looking for a tasty sweet treat to make in your slow-cooker, then you may want to try this out!
Home bakers around the world are all swearing by this recipe as it is as easy as pretty much popping all the ingredients in your slow cooker and then letting it work it’s magic!
- 400g milk chocolate
- One tin condensed milk
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- One or two shots of Baileys
- 1 packet maltesers
Put the chocolate, condensed milk and vanilla in the slow cooker. Cook on high for about one hour. Stir every 15 minutes. When thick and the mixture comes away from the spoon, turn off the slow cooker and add Baileys.
Pour into a tin lined with baking paper. Place Maltesers over the top. Place in the fridge overnight to set.
