A new viral trend is going crazy online at the moment. With many people around the world spending more time at home than usual, some people have turned to 'DIY treadmills'.
People have started placing a small amount of soap and water on the floor - and gently walking over it as if it was a treadmill (while holding on to the bench in front).
While we can't see this replacing a full treadmill workout, it could be a fun way (if you make sure to do it safely) to get a few extra steps in.
