Bohemian Rhapsody producer is making a film about the life of Michael Jackson

Must See 25/11/2019

Michael Jackson's estate has given the green light for the producer of the hugely popular Bohemian Rhapsody to go ahead on a film that focuses on MJ's life.

Michael's estate has granted Graham King full access to the late singer's music, and there's no doubt that all involved will be hoping for a box office phenomenom - similar to what we saw with Bohemian Rhapsody.

It's been reported by Deadline that the film is not "intended to be a sanitised rendering of Jackson’s life."

John Logan (Gladiator, Any Given Sunday, The Last Samurai) is attached to write the script and the film is expected to span Jackson's entire life, which ended with his death in June 2009 at the age of 50.

The biopic marks the first film about Jackson's life that's authorised by his family - there have previously been various made-for-TV movies and documentaries.
