Must See 21/10/2019

2019 saw a lot of controversy around the popular television show Masterchef Australia

The three long-standing judges, George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan and Matt Preston suddenly announced they were quitting the show, and then just weeks later three new judges were announced.

But for those fans of Masterchef Australia who were wondering what their beloved former judges are up to now, Aussie's The Herald Sun has reported on what two out of the three judges are doing next.

Apparently, Matt Preston and Gary Mehigan will appear in a new TV show on Australian TV Network Channel 7 next year.

The publication reports that the two former Masterchef Australia stars are "cooking up a new television show" , set to be announced at the network’s on Wednesday.

The report comes just days after Matt denied rumours that he was going to be appearing on My Kitchen Rules telling news.com.au:

"I can confirm that I am talking to other networks and producers about new projects for 2020 and beyond.

"Taking over MKR as host/judge is not on the agenda! I have too much love for Manu, Colin and Pete to do that!"
