A political reporter for MSNBC News was forced to multi-task as her child popped his head up over the news desk mid-way through a live broadcast.
National security correspondent Courtney Kube was reporting on Turkish attacks on Syria when her son wandered on set and made his television news debut.
"Excuse me, my kids are here!" she said, while attempting to move her son out of the frame.
Far from being perturbed at the interruption, viewers praised the news network for allowing Kube to bring her children to work.
"MSNBC, thank you for highlighting this sweet moment and supporting your working moms," one Twitter user wrote.
"I think it’s fantastic that she's allowed to have her kids around while working. Good on you MSNBC," said another.
One commentator praised the crew in the control room for their quick thinking in cutting to a graphic to give Kube time to remedy the situation.
