Australian conservationist Bindi Irwin paid a heartfelt tribute to her late father, Steve Irwin, in the lead up to the anniversary of his death.
The 21-year-old shared the video on Instagram, featuring her father who died September 4th 2006 after a fatal stingray barb to the heart.
Bindi's video, which she posted on Father's Day Sunday, features a montage of footage of Steve and Bindi’s mother Terri playing with her as a child and introducing her to the world of animals. She giggles as her Crocodile Hunter father pretends to wrestle a stuffed snake and croc.

"Reflecting on these wonderful moments," she wrote on Instagram. "Hug the people in your life who bring light to your heart and always remember that love lasts forever."
Bindi, who is newly-engaged to her longtime boyfriend Chandler Powell, also wrote last month a heartfelt message to her younger brother, Robert, who will be walking his sister down the aisle at her wedding.
“Dad, You would be so incredibly proud of Robert,” she wrote alongside an old photo of the Irwin family, as well as one from her engagement photoshoot with her new fiancé and brother. “He has been such an amazing support during this beautiful new life chapter.”
“I know you’d be beaming with pride when the time comes that he walks me down the aisle,” Bindi continued. “I wish you could be here for these moments, but I know that your spirit lives on in us.”
