Since it was revealed that Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and baby Archie jetsetted off for a private holiday, taking multiple private planes funded by UK tax payers to get to and from, the media had a field day painting the Sussex's in a bad light.
Sir Elton John has since revealed publically that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were staying at his holiday home in Nice, France and hit out at the media for viciously attacking the Sussex's.
And now talk show queen Ellen DeGeneres has followed in Sir Elton's footsteps.
Writing on Facebook, Ellen said:
"Portia and I met Prince Harry and Meghan in England to talk about their work on wildlife conservation. They were the most down-to-earth, compassionate people. Imagine being attacked for everything you do, when all you’re trying to do is make the world better."
Ellen fans swarmed the comments agreeing with her statement.
"These two are amazing people together or alone. Just by the good things they do for our world for humans they don’t know and also for those that are not so good makes these two beautiful souls. Souls that are meant for one another will always find each other because one can’t rest without the other. ❤️" one wrote.
"I hope Prince Harry & Meghan know that there are so many people in the world that are behind them and wishing them strength and happiness from afar.. they are an awesome and truly needed and important couple that the world needs and are lucky to have.. my wish for them is that positivity reins above all else, I hope they receive this wherever they go.. and wow what a cutie Prince Archie is, very happy for them ! 😊" said another.
