Catching up on TV shows is quite often something that people do as a means of relaxing - but sometimes the shows we watch can be so full of drama and action that we get caught up in what the characters are feeling. We feel anxious, ecstatic, nervous and super emotional when we get too invested in our characters lives.
And a new study has discovered the most stressful TV shows that you could possibly watch.
To gather results for the study, the company looked at soap fans' tweets to find out which one left viewers feeling the most stressed out - and the results seemed to ring true.
With 40.4 per cent of viewers' posts hinting they were worried, the top spot went to Emmerdale.
According to Metro, EastEnders was a close second, with 39.1 per cent of the viewers' tweets indicating they were stressed out.
And Coronation Street finished up the top three, with 37.8 per cent of the tweets; followed by Hollyoaks at 35.8 per cent.
Buzz Bingo analysed the 'stress levels' in the tweets sent during the airing of three episodes, using each one of the soap's generic hashtags sent on the broadcast date.
The crown for the most stressful TV series that wasn't a soap went to Game Of Thrones - which we think is very fitting!
