Bohemian Rhapsody star Rami Malek will play the main villain in the next James Bond movie alongside Daniel Craig reprising his role as 007.
Bond 25's title, however, remains unknown, despite producers Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli revealing other initial details at Ian Fleming's GoldenEye estate in Jamaica.
The film is set to start in Jamaica, where Bond is enjoying retirement, until a CIA friend asks for his help in rescuing a kidnapped scientist - which puts him on the trail of Malek's character, who is armed with dangerous new technology.
Cary Fukunaga of True Detective fame is directing the new movie, which has had its script worked on by many people, most recently Fleabag and Killing Eve creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
The new Bond Girls have been unveiled as Ana De Armas and Lashana Lynch.
De Armas has already sent hearts aflutter with her work in front of the camera - her Instagram feed has loads of bikini pics and she performed fully nude in a sex scene in the Weinstein Company's 2016 film Hands of Stone.
Lynch is currently in New Zealand cinemas as Maria Rambeau in Captain Marvel and has also starred in ABC period drama series Still Star-Crossed.
Malek appeared at the Jamaica event via a videolink, where he said: "I promise you all I will be making sure Mr Bond does not have an easy ride of it in this, his 25th outing."
Other newcomers joining Bond 25 include Dali Benssalah, David Dencik and Billy Magnussen, while returning cast members include Ralph Fiennes (M), Léa Seydoux (Dr Madeleine Swann), Naomie Harris (Eve Moneypenny), Ben Whishaw (Q), Rory Kinnear (Bill Tanner) and Jeffrey Wright (Felix Leiter).
It will be Craig's last outing as Bond, after his turns in Casino Royale (2006), Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012) and Spectre (2015).
Bond 25 is set for an April, 2020 release.
