A new study has revealed that a cup of tea a day will make you live longer. Women in their 70's and 80's who drink on average 2 cups of a tea tend day live longer than those who don't.

This study was done in, and they studied over 1000 women. They monitored their tea intake as well as what they ate per day.
By the end of the study, 88% of those still alive researched discovered had an average of two cups of tea a day; they were 40% more likely to live.
