28-year-old singer Ed Sheeran has made the ultimate grand gesture by naming the pub on his Suffolk estate after his wife, Cherry Lancaster Seaborn.
And he's made sure noone forgets who it's named after by hanging a huge 15 foot silver sign on the side of the building, a barn that he has converted to a drinking den - which includes underground rooms as well as a passage to the main house.
Ed secretly married Cherry, his childhood sweetheart, last year in a low-key ceremony on his country estate. Now the spot will forever don her name, thanks to 'The Lancaster Lock'.
The pub joins an already impressive estate, which includes an indoor swimming pool, four-room treehouse, a trendy "pod", informal gardens, an ornamental pond and rolling lawns and fields. All this on top of the recent edition of a "wildlife pond", which neighbours suspect is just a poorly disguised swimming pool (see below).
Cherry is definitely one lucky lass.
