According to The Sun, Rohling was left unable to walk after a motorbike accident five years ago.
In the video, his father and brother strap his legs to theirs, with the help of Velcro and two chairs, allowing the bride and groom to sway to Sam Smith's 'Make it to Me' together. As they dance, the wedding guests clap and cheer.
The emotional moment has been viewed more than 16 million times since it was uploaded to Facebook by a friend of the couple last month.
Late Late Show host James Corden shared the video on Twitter on Friday, writing "Oh my god. This is the most beautiful thing I've seen today."
