Kate Middleton honours Princess Diana at the BAFTA Awards

Must See 15/02/2019

Prince William and Kate Middleton hit the red carpet this week at the annual BAFTA Awards for their third year in a row.

Kate was looking stunning, wearing a white Alexander McQueen dress, paired with a white clutch, a diamond bracelet, and a very special accessory to honour her late mother-in-law.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a pair of pearl and silver earrings that belonged to Princess Diana - she had worn them in 1995 while accepting the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation.

Prince William is the president of the BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts), and presented the Fellowship award to film editor Thelma Schoonmaker at the event - the highest accolade bestowed by the Academy.
