UK brand Marks & Spencer has been praised for their newest campaign featuring mums who have overcome their battles with breast cancer.
The M&S Underwear line, which will donate a portion of sales to the Breast Cancer Foundation, features a campaign of women and their inspirational stories beating the disease.
Photographed with their partners, friends, children and other family – highlighting that those fighting the illness need a strong support network too.
Speaking to The Sun, Business manager Zoe Matthews, who has lost both her mother and half-sister to the disease, says telling her 12-year-old daughter Lois was the hardest.
"But she is really mature and seemed to take it in her stride. For me, it’s about regularly checking in with her and making sure she isn’t worried about anything."
"She doesn’t need to be aware at this age but when she’s a bit older I’ll most certainly teach her how to look for symptoms."
