Another week of royal engagements is coming this week, with the family attending the Royal Ascot horse racing. Meghan and Harry are expected to be attending, another engagement to add to the list for Meghan, only a month after her Wedding. Compared to Kate Middleton, who took five years before she attended this Royal event.
According to an insider, the Queen invited The Prince and Princess every year since their 2011 wedding, but Kate declined each year. Until 2016 as she accepted for the exclusive reason which was for the Queen's 90th birthday. Apparently, Kate and William were focused on raising their children, William was also training to be an ambulance helicopter driver. He since quit this job in 2017, and they attended the Ascot racing together that year.
Meghan is expected to attend due to a large number of events shes attended as a new royal already. Only last week she was on a solo trip with the Queen and has also attended the annual Trooping Parade. It has only been a month since she has married into the Royal family, and the number of events she has been present at is admirable.
It is unclear whether sister in law Kate Middleton will attend the 2018 Ascot racing, as it is not official whether she is still on maternity leave, after giving birth to this child Louis in April. She was present at the wedding a month after giving birth and the Royal Trooping parade, but other than that has kept a reasonably low profile.

Royal watchers are excited to see what Meghan debut outfit will be at the Ascot event. It has a historically rigorous dress code, and therefore it will be interesting to see the style Meghan wears and see if she sticks to her go to designer for royal events, Givenchy.
