Meghan will be able to look forward to more of these perks in the royal family as the Queens often lends items of her jewellery box to the family members. Kate is no stranger to this, and she has borrowed many pieces over the years.

However, the most well-known piece of jewellery Kate has borrowed from the Queen was undoubtedly her Cartier Halo Tiara on her wedding day in 2011.
Despite the beautiful collection that the Queen owns, she has admitted in a recent documentary that she isn't phased by sparkling jewellery. She respects the symbolism and culture of the royal jewels. However, she is not particularly interested in jewellery by itself.
