Flaxseeds are great for your digestion, but surprisingly they are also great for your skin, they improve inflammation that you may be prone to and also reduces the appearance of fine lines. The most crucial part of this superfood is that it's not any beef. Lucky for us, in this country, most of our beef is grass fed, but it is something to look out for on the packaging to ensure you are buying the beef with the most health benefits. Grass-fed beef contains a high level of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which decreases inflammation. They also include high levels of protein which assists in collagen production to create firm skin with less chance of seeing fine lines. It is recommended you eat grass fed beef twice a week to start to see the benefits to your skin.

Tomatoes have high levels of antioxidants, especially lycopene. This is great for fighting redness and preventing harsh side effects from the sun.
