Prince Harry will likely follow in his older brother's footsteps and choose not to wear a wedding ring after his wedding to Meghan Markle this May.
Many of Harry's married royal family members, including Prince William and his grandfather, Prince Philip have chosen not to wear a wedding ring and the reason is actually pretty simple - it's up to personal preference.
William doesn't like wearing jewellery so decided to not wear a ring after his wedding to Kate Middleton in 2011.
His decision was first announced shortly before his Westminster Abbey wedding ceremony, with a statement from St James' Palace confirming the news. An aide said: "It was something the couple discussed but Prince William isn't one for jewellery – he doesn't even wear a signet ring – and decided he didn't want to. It really is just down to personal preference. Catherine will wear a ring fashioned from a lump of Welsh gold owned by the Royal Family that has been smelted down."
And even though Prince Philip has been married to Queen Elizabeth II for almost 70 years he has also never worn a wedding ring.
Prince Charles on the other hand does wear a wedding ring.
We'll have to wait and see what Harry decides to do on May 19.
